Hi Danny — thanks for the reply. I am using v. 2.0.3.

I tried the shortcode in other pages on my site and it’s working fine. Turns out it’s just not working on the one page where I need it to work. (Isn’t that the way?) I’m using the iFeature Pro theme from Cyberchimps and I also have a ticket in with them to take a look.

My head hurts. Will update here when/if I know more.

I don’t know if this will help, Shawnaturtle, but I was able to get the configurations correct by using config helper. The widget/sidebar form is working well. My test signup email addy showed up in IC when I logged in and checked the most recently added subscribers.

I didn’t have to install any javascript plugin. Did you use the config helper as shown in the tabs in this screen shot? I’m asking because your output looks different than mine and maybe something is hinky there.

Can you show screen shots of your configurations? Maybe that will help us figure out what happened.

Danny: Is the widget supposed to show a signup form that looks like the signup form we style in IC? Because mine doesn’t at all; it’s missing signup fields (lname and business).

Ok, I figured it out and used variations and attributes to make it happen. However, the product now shows my deposit price under the product name with the preface “from:” as if the lowest version of the product is $50. I don’t need that, but cannot find how to remove the “from” price or change the text “from” to something like “hold your seat for:”

Well, I fixed it. This is what I did:

I spent 3 hours researching alternatives and trying all of them.
Then I deactivated Genesis Featured Widget Amplified and reactivated it.

That, apparently, did the trick. ??

I’ve got issues on all of my sites using this plugin as well:

on wp v. 3.4.1, when I hit “grant access”, I get the following error:

Some or all access permissions are missing. Please click the button Grant access rights! and authorize the plugin to post to your Facebook profile or page.
[Error occured at line 774]

Your page or profile’s access permissions could not be verified.

on a site that’s using v. 3.4, I’ve got this error (but somehow the post appeared on my FB page anyway):

It turns out that my php handler was set to one that didn’t play nice with this function. Here’s what my server guy said:

We normally recommend switching your PHP handler to either FCGI or suPHP. Both of these are going to work as they will make Apache run as the cPanel user and thus get rid of the permission issues. FCGI will allow you to also run opcode caching software like APC. The only downfall is that FCGI uses more memory then what DSO(your current PHP Handler) uses. suPHP will not allow you to run opcode caching and will not use more memory however, it does use more CPU then any of the other PHP handlers. It has been around longer then FCGI so more people are familiar with it as well. It is going to depend on your preference as to what you want to switch to. Do you want to use more memory or more CPU?

Problems have been reported about another site that also moved at the same time as the one described above. I’m really at a loss!

Has anyone sorted out this issue? I’ve checked all of my permissions and done a load of troubleshooting and still no love.

Thanks so much for your help. That didn’t seem to do it, but I’m not giving up yet! I’ll keep working at it and checking for plugin conflicts.
