In reply to: [ColorMag] Home page content not showingHello @shresthauzwal ,
Thanks for your response. We are on ColorMag Pro 2.1.1 on WP 5.9.6.
Looking at the two sites I linked to above… there appears to be no difference in the Widgets that ColorMag offers for the front page content. i.e. they are all empty. See below. I’ve been through all the other settings and apart from the custom CSS of the site that isn’t working there are no obvious differences. I’ve tested the non-working site by removing ALL custom CSS and it still doesn’t work.
We need to stay with ColorMag Pro 2.1.1 for the time being because upgrading to the latest version really messes with the custom CSS on these non-working sites and we don’t have time or resources right now to address those issues. Hoping for a bandaid to get us through this PHP upgrade.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Site admin cant create or edit events.@sdokus, I answered my own question by testing this on our staging environment. Deleted the plugin and then re-installed. It did keep the content but there’s no change in behavior.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Site admin cant create or edit events.@sdokus, I’ll give that a go. Will our existing events content be removed during the uninstall process?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Site admin cant create or edit events. Thanks for the speedy reply. We haven’t messed with user roles so I dont think that’s the issue. We are running version 6.1.3 of your plugin and version 5.9.6 of WordPress. I dont think we can upgrade to your latest version without upgrading to WP 6.2.
Any other ideas?

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Multisite site admin can no longer use Smart Slider?HI Laszlo,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Other plugins will use WordPress’s ability to strip out javascript from content that is entered into them allowing us to ensure that nothing malicious can happen, even by accident. Why not Smart Slider?
But are you also saying that prior to you adding the requirement that a user had the unfilitered-html capability that Smart Slider didn’t sanitize content?
Thanks!
David
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the quick reply. Is network-wide activation on the roadmap?
Thanks,
David

In reply to: [Hestia] Get rid of banner space and remove footer menuThanks! That dealt with the pink space. But I still can’t figure out the footer.
The footer menu option is unchecked: see screenshot.
Edit: I actually just fixed it by creating an empty menu and assigning it to the footer.
