Everything has been disabled and the GA plugin in GA Google Analytics

I am back again with the same problem W3 Total Cache is now disabled but I am not getting any tracking on Google Analytics or the WP Statistics page.

I have no idea with coding or putting amending code, I have used the plugins and also google analytics.

Can anyone help me?

No I don’t get the option for a slider I highlight the text to link and get the arrow and settings cog but it will not open either of them to do anything else
