Have a look at the RSS include pages plugin which includes pages in the RSS feed output along with posts. You can also look at the Ninja pages plugin which allows you to define categories and tags for your pages and this works in conjuction with the RSS so you can get an RSS feed of pages that have a specific category, tag or combination of both.
