So, just to be absolutely clear:
1) My clients website charges for their products in £sterling, euros and USD, depending on location. Is this a premium feature?
2) How do I upgrade to the latest free version? If I download the Premium zip file and attempt to upload it I get an error message telling me the directory already exists. If I intall the latest free version I don’t see it in Dashboard > Plugins > Installed plugins.
I have read your support documentation for the answers to these questions they’re not available. So do I deactivate and delete the Premium version? When I do this it warns me it’s about to delete my data.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Compatibility with WooCommerce 4.xHi @lozula and @antoscarface
Many thanks for your replies. I took the plunge and updated to WC4 about a week ago (after backing up the site), and have had no issues.

In reply to: [Translate Wordpress with GTranslate] Insecure contentHi there
Many thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes, my clients have recently renewed their certificate, during which time the site was operating as a non-secure one.
Best wishes

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incomplete new order emails – no solution yetHi Hannah
Yes, indeed I have spent an incredibly tedious and frustrating few weeks systematically disabling plugins on my client’s website, to absolutely no avail. I await a working solution to this issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incomplete new order emails – no solution yetHi Hannah
With respect, we’re going round in circles. My post (above) tells you ‘On your advice, I’ve systematically disabled plugins, checked file locations and permissions, and still the problem persists’. I’ve tried it: it doesn’t make any difference. The issue persists.
Can this be passed to someone senior – ideally the lead developer – for a definitive answer to a problem that is causing serious inconvenience to my client?! Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order notification emailsI have tested as you suggested, and am still having the same problem. The template files had not been moved to the theme, they are in their original location, the file and folder permissions are all correct, yet the emails are still not working. Have you any further suggestions?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order notification emailsNo success so far. In the absence of a staging site on the hosting server, I’ve set up the site on my internal server. One thing I have noticed, however, is that the woocommerce directory on the host server has no email subdirectory, whereas an archived version of the client’s old theme has an email subdirectory containing customer-processing-order.php. Is the missing email subdirectory the cause of this issue? If so, which email templates do I need to replace in order to restore the order notifications to both my client and their customers?
