Good to hear that you’ve got it all sorted out now.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Aligning paragraph text and imageI’ve fixed it using some CSS to raise the top margin of <p> to a negative number of pixels. Not nice, a bit of a cludge. I should be able to do it without that – and probably could if there was a way to insert an image into a paragraph block
No idea, sorry
Let us know how you get on.
Further- this has now worked. Akeeba backup took a backup of the site and then the update wen’t ahead properly
I’ve had the same issue. I’d deactivated all my plugins first (as I’d got the Gutenberg & Advanced Gutenberg) plugins installed. I also had Akeeba Backup installed and I deactivated that.
It turns out that reactivating Akeeba Backup allowed the update to start – by first taking a backup
Perhaps there’s something in the upgrade that insists on taking a backup first?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Site Wizard just displays CLOSE WIZARD buttonI am running Gutenberg on both versions of the website – Live and test. Unfortunately, I can’t disable the Gutenberg plugin as content has now been added, but I suspect that it is not the problem as the configuration wizard works on the test site but not the live.
Never mind – I’ll do the configuration manually, but this nay be an issue with someone else

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Site Wizard just displays CLOSE WIZARD buttonlocal version of PHP is 7.0.10 and it works on that
live version is 7.1.23 and it doesn’t work on that. However, other sites hosted on the live server also use PHP 7.1.23 and it works thereIt can’t be a plugin or theme conflict because the local version is an exact copy of the live version – apart from the version of PHP which is older than the version on the live site

In reply to: [Testimonials Widget] Remove quote imageThat’s not the quote that I mean – it’s the big ugly one before the testimonial. I’ve had to do it with CSS
Me to – notified by GravityScan, but only on one of the sites GravityScan monitors, not any of the others

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Google Search Console reporting links in sitemap that don’t existThanks
The thing is (actually 2 things)
Xenu – which I’ve used for years – doesn’t find the pages that Google search console is finding and
Google search console is telling me that this page is linked to from another page that doesn’t exist. How does Google search console start at a page that doesn’t exist?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Google Search Console reporting links in sitemap that don’t existDone both of these – several times over the last year. The URLs do not appear in the site map
