Yes you’re right. I added additional CSS in attempt to prevent the top notification bar from overlapping the header when I scroll down. I have removed the added CSS and now have the overlapping problem again. Do you know how I prevent the notification bar from overlapping my header. Thank you for the response by the way.

UPDATE:

I managed to get rid of the overlapping effect. However, this resulted in a new problem. Just before I reach the top page, a white bar flashes under the header. This happens all pages for some reason. How do I prevent this white flash from appearing all of the time. Please click the link below to see what I mean.

I placed this code on multiple pages but the ratings from one page influenced the ratings for another page. So it appears that the ratings are universal. I want the ratings to be unique to one page without influencing the ratings for another page. Hopefully I am making sense. Please let me know if I should clarify further. Thank you.

I actually found a plugin that works really well. However, I still need to deal with lots of code. I’m okay with that because I just wanted to create the 4 columns I previously had. Once again, thank you moondrop for your suggestion. Also, thank you Steve for offering another forum.

Hi moondrop, your solution almost worked. I wanted to create 4 columns on the desktop site but there is only two columns showing. So I tried duplicating the code and still no luck. I will see if I can find a plugin that can help me. Please notify me if you have more suggestions. Thank you
