In reply to: [Polylang] Strange URL slug behaviourHi Chouby,
yes, I use Redirect. Good hint. I installed a Link Checker additionally to see if there is something odd. And there was. I found a loop within the redirections. Gosh.
Appreciated. Thank you.
Cheers FrankHello Bryle,
Please don’t misunderstand, but the problem was caused by the backup via Updraft.
What I see now are the effects of the restore with Updraft. Of course, deleting Updraft from the plugins does not fix the error caused and I do not think it is correct to blame another plugin for this now.

FrankHello Bryle,
that’s the usual way, isn’t it. I just can’t imagine that I’m the only person on the planet who has thus very problem after restoring a website with an Updraft backup. My hope was that there was a simple hack to solve it.
Sincerely
FrankHi Bryle,
well, that didn’t do the job. Unfortunately the problem still exists.
Regards
FrankHi Bryle,
well yes, thats a step I tried to avoid so far. Because I can’ t access the Plugins to just switch it off. The only way would be to delete the Plugin via sftp.
I’ll save it and give it a try.
Thanks
FrankDear Steven,
yes, of course that would be a solution but I didn’t think my requirement was so exotic.Last but not least it is just pre-scheduling events to be shown on the front page.
Thanks for the tip to start a request in jobs.
Cheers1

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] breadcrumbs and slug are differentThanks for your fast reply.
The challenge is perfectly understood.
I installed Yoast Test Helper und performed the stepy recommended but “properties” are still in the breadcrumbs instead of “stellplatz”, like in the URL slug.
Do you have any other idea?
Best regards & Cheers!Hello Sybre,
I confess and admit: the page is live since a week. I’m impatient… ok. I’ll wait a couple of days to see if everything is adjusting.
Thanks for washing my head… and I luv “automagically”.
Take care & Cheers!
