Only this, and it’s the same it doesn’t work.

Do I need the pro version of the extension with Mailpoet 3 Premium ?

Yes we don’t have issues since one month, sinc I did Woocmmerce update so I tought It was a previous version issue.
Know all works like a charm.
So Yes you can change the status of the post as resolved.

Do you want status for all sections ? (Somes about database like prefixes aren’t risky ?)
To be honnest I made the two last woocommerce updates and since the first of February there was no VAT incident.

No orders that are missing tax are from france.

Yes I agree, it’s really difficult to track down from where comes the issue.
First of all it sounds great tax settings are ok.
1. Yes when it doesn’t calculate, it doesn’t calcuate at all(products taxes + Shipping taxes).
2. No it’s the same payment gateway for all orders
3. It’s on different products

Maybe I could send you credentials by a private way ?

thanks for comming back to me.
I made two Woocommerce updates but the issue is still here.
Taxes are calculated by woocommerce.
Here is screenshot VAT options, standard VAT and Shipping VAT.

What’s weird is that sometimes it works, and sometimes not…

I forget to specify that product(s) and shipping VAT are not calculated when it happens.
I hope you already have this issue and know how to solve it ;-).
