Do you see the pixel in business manager? I could fix the issue when I clicked on the created pixel in business manager, then pressed proceed with installation, then clicked on partner and then selected Woocommerce. There you can find a download button to download an older version. With the old version I could install the plugin and after facebook was connected, I could upgrade to newest version. Sorry I can’t describe it better but maybe there are other ways to get an older version. Cheers.
