Thanks for your review. We’re sorry our plugin solution doesn’t meet your exact needs at this time.
Please note that the bank transfers required to allow you to withdraw your balance carry a cost, which is why we cannot set the minimum threshold to a value as low as 10 USD.
However, we genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the minimum balance required to request a settlement. We will consider it as we are currently exploring options that cater to users looking for lower limits.
We continue to develop new features for our Woocommerce plugin and hope you’ll be able to take advantage of them in the future.

If you check this line, I think https://share.cleanshot.com/PryfuQ is the one you’re seeking. If not, can you share which one you’re talking about? If you’re talking about any texts within the payment form, then I’m afraid this can’t be translated from the WP end as the form is loading through API & we don’t have the option to translate from WP.

This is happening because once you request a form with your preferred crypto, it’ll create a hash & API call for that one, which is a one-way road at the moment. If you want to change the crypto, you must reload the whole checkout page & initiate a new payment form. I hope you got your answer. We’ll try to contact the core team to see whether we can propose the solution you mentioned. If we do something, we’ll get back to you.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed our plugin. However, as a licensed PSP, we are regulated and will have to start collecting KYC and perform AML checks on all transactions. Therefore, we have stopped offering this direct-to-wallet service and instead offered our crypto-fiat and crypto-crypto custodian services. Our move towards becoming a licensed PSP is also in our merchants’ interest as they want to ensure that the crypto they receive is of a credible source and not tainted. This protects our merchants from regulatory exposure, especially in these changing times. We appreciate your understanding. Have a great day!

Sorry that you had issues with your installation. Can you please share with us what sort of issues you had so that we can have a deep look into those & fix them? So far, 2000+ customers are using it with no problems don’t know what happened with your installation. Some screenshots or something might help us figure out the issue & fix it for improvements.

You want to use your personal wallet, which option has been deprecated from the plugin now. We encourage you to use the Local Currency option to receive payments to the TripleA dashboard & from there; you can request our team to make your withdrawal to your crypto wallet. I hope this will resolve your query.
