Hi @snipysnob ,
Sorry to hear that. Strange that it would work fine then stop.
Have you enabled a CDN or firewall, or installed any other new plugins that may interfere with incoming requests? You can email us at [email protected], our whole team is in the loop.
You can specify “Snipysnob from www.ads-software.com”. We’ll look into it ASAP.Regards,

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] How to test?Hi @svw055 !
A customer would scan the QR code with their bitcoin wallet,
OR they would copy the address and copy the amount into their bitcoin wallet (in case the wallet does not support the standard QR code format). To test:
1. activate local currency settlement, then once its active switch to sandbox.
2. go to the checkout page
3. the payment form displays testBTC
4. Use a testnet bitcoin faucet (= a site that sends you free testnet bitcoin) to make a test payment.
faucet link 1: https://testnet-faucet.mempool.co/
faucet link 2: https://bitcoinfaucet.uo1.net/
enter the amount from the payment form
enter the testBTC address
click submit
5. on your checkout page, it will detect the paymenet within seconds
6. order is placed.Hope this helps. Otherwise let us know here which part you need clarification for.

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] WooCommerce Orders StatusHi @danidub ,
Yes for sure it updates the status in real-time.
1. order is created as soon as the payment is made and detected -> unconfirmed transaction so it’s on hold.
2. as soon as the payment is confirmed our servers send a real-time notification to your site (handled by the plugin) to update the order status. This can take minutes or an hour depending on the bitcoin transaction fee paid.If you use local currency settlement, we provide instant confirmation with guaranteed payment for almost all payments which removes the waiting time before an order is completed and can be delivered.
When an order is updated, the usual WooCommerce emails can then be triggered same as it does for any other orders paid.
Hope this fully answers your question.

TripleA TeamHi,
Every payment goes to a different address, but all addresses are generated from the same wallet/account’s public key.
All addresses belong to the same wallet, and all payments arrive there. It is a little technical, to say the least, if you’d like to understand the details behind how this works. But it works great! ??

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] How to translate to GermanAs you say “tailor it to my needs”, please note that as the payment form loads via an iframe, you will not be able to modify its contents.
If there is any translation issue with our German text.. we can adapt that ??

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] How to translate to GermanHi @alphax !
If you just want to test or have a look, you can right click on the payment form when you see the QR code displayed and all details.
Right click > Inspect > HTML details show up. Find the <iframe> tag and add “&lang=de” to the URL of the iframe.
The payment form will instantly reload and appear in German. We will keep in mind the possibility of adding an option to sync the form to the site’s language (rather than manually forcing a language. This would solve your needs, right?)

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] How to translate to GermanHi @alphax ,
The payment form is already translatable and translated.
It switches to the same language as the browser (fallback to english if needed).Would that be enough? We could add the option to force the language but this current solution seems in the end-users’ best interests.
Supported languages: German of course ?? and Indonesian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese(simplified), Polish, Russian, Japanese.
We’ll mark this as “resolved” but the discussion remains open if you’d like to discuss a different user experience.

In reply to: [Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] overpaid not receivedHi @alejosgmz ,
Can you reach out to us by email so that we can share more info with you if needed.
Supposing the user really made the payment, he would have sent it to the bitcoin address that was generated and displayed.
This bitcoin address would belong to either your own wallet (if you enabled bitcoin settlement to your own wallet) or it would belong to your TripleA account (if you enabled local currency settlement, because we would receive the bitcoin and settle local currency to you).We can see that you enabled bitcoin payments straight to your own bitcoin wallet.. We can also see that you added two wallets. One associated with a hotmail account, the other associated with a gmail account.
To debug this:
– which bitcoin address does the user say they paid to?
– we can then check if there was indeed a transaction matching that.
– if this is a transaction that came through our plugin, we would immediately be able to verify and confirm that. From our logs, we only see 1 transaction for 19.99 USD and it seems like you paid that to yourself (on the wallet associated with your hotmail account).
We suggest you reach out by email so that we can share more details (not publicly here).

TripleA TeamHi @jamonessinfronteras ,
