Oooh….a plugin conflict, dang it I can’t believe I didn’t think of that. It’s likely, I spent last weekend updating about 15 plugins.
I’m still on 6.6.2 of WP on this site, I planned to update to current (6.7.2) very soon.
I’ll try deactivating plugins one-by-one to see if I can find a culprit, but it may take me a few days, it’s a very active site (lots of traffic) and most of the plugins are for necessary functions & features, I may either clone & test on a sandbox, or wait until traffic is lowest (weekend night).

As you can see, now I just get a list with three small dots way off to the right, when I click on the dots to “view details” it looks very different – no highlighting with red/green, on the first one you’ll see, I could find no differences in the text so I can’t really tell what the User (Jake) changed….on the second one, it does tell me the post title was changed, but it wasn’t actually the Post Title, it was the addition of a (custom) “short” title to be used in a tag cloud, took me a while to figure that out.
I really liked the old look, as in YOUR screenshot, but I don’t know how to get that back, I went through all of the settings and don’t see anything that would effect how details are displayed. ??

It shows that when I create (or attempt to edit) a “feed” into MailerLite, there is nothing on the screen at all except the blue “Save Settings” button. My attempt to create the first feed then shows a feed without a name, but when I click on it to edit it (to give it a name, sync it with my ML list, choose field mapping etc.) there is simply nothing there to edit, just the blank screen and blue button.
This occurs in all of my browsers. (Edited to add: I have NO content blocking going on any any browser for my own sites, so I’m sure that’s not an issue).- This reply was modified 4 months, 1 week ago by TrishaM.

We’re on a “Classic” account still, they offer no option to transfer historical data when upgrading to their new “standard” and we can’t lose our history, sequences, etc. so we’re remaining on Classic.
Thank you for the quick reply, I will check those issues. It’s a great plugin and I’ll have no issue giving you a 5-star review if I can work this out….I’ll be sure to connect with your support on FB if I need more help, and if I do get it worked out I’ll also be sure to update this post.

In reply to: [Download Manager] Change base URLThank you Shafeet, I have decided to upgrade your plugin to the premium version, but the only instruction I can find on your website about how to upgrade from free to premium version says to “deactivate and delete” the old version first”……but won’t that remove all the downloads I have already imported from my old plugin (download monitor) into the free version of Download Manager?
We have hundreds of downloadable assets accumulated over the years (with the old plugin) that were imported into your plugin, it would take me months to do the work of rebuilding our asset library if they get deleted.
I would deeply appreciate a very quick reply if possible, I had intended to do this upgrade today, but in going through your documentation it doesn’t sound like a simple process.Forum: Plugins

But it’s a very nice plugin, so I’ll come back around to it after whatever future release allows me to change the base URL, in the meantime I’ll keep looking for a different plugin and just keep my fingers crossed that I can come back to yours soon!Forum: Plugins

Yes, I did try that with mixed results, I think you’re right that it seems to be a browser-specific issue and not the plugin, I need to do much more testing to see if there is a solution, I’m not sure there is.
My problem is that for this particular site / downloads, the audience is predominantly older people who are less tech-savvy. When all newsletter issues were linked to directly no one had any problem opening and reading them even on mobile phones.
Now that we moved all downloads to the plugin so we can track them, we’re getting numerous complaints from our older users that they can’t read the newsletters on their smartphones, they tap and then nothing happens.
I realize that everyone uses different mobile phones, mobile operating systems, mobile browsers, etc. and that means every person’s problems now requires different solutions and training for our users (on how to tweak their mobile browser settings), which we’re not in a position to do.
For now we’ve swapped the plugin’s links out for the old direct URLs to fix the problem for our users, and I’m back to testing.
I promise that if I uncover anything remotely useful I will reach out to you again. ??

Here are two screenshots to show you, the first shows that I manually entered the shortcode for a single downloadable item, I had to hover over the shortcode box on the File Management screen, it will not show the full shortcode including the file ID unless I buy the Pro version, but the file ID is found below in the unmasked link (I don’t want unmasked links), the second screenshot shows the result on the front end – no support.
https://imgur.com/a/GAIC1YjI tried that, manually inserting a shortcode to display a single download, and got the message “this is only supported in the pro version”. The only shortcode that worked is the “shared_files” that displays all, which is not what I need, I need links on individual pages to individual downloads.
