In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] No count/total on All Tickets pageHi @wa103sf ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
This looks like a bug in our plugin. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass them along to our devs.
I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.
If you do have other concerns or issues you need help with, please create another thread, as it helps us track different issues.
Again, thank you for your patience. Hang in there.

Hi @dietlin ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
Were you able to check if the issue persisted with having just the Divi theme and The Events Calendar plugin activated?
Hi @stevennevins117 ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
I’m afraid we’re unable to determine the cause of the fatal error without the proper steps to reproduce it or steps to reproduce the creation of the event with the invalid date. But, based on the function that was flagged, the invalid date issue was most likely the culprit. However, we’re unable to determine whether the error itself caused the invalid date or if it was triggered by someone viewing the event either on the front end or the admin dashboard.
Anyway, are you continuing to receive the fatal error notice?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Cron jobs out of controlHi @danlalonde01 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Out of curiosity, have you disabled (or tried disabling) WP-Cron and switched to Real CRON with your WebHost (see How to Disable WP-Cron and Set up a Real Cron Job) to see if that alleviates the situation?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Customizing Event Venue Text ColorsHi @spieler ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Regrettably, we do not have a plugin or extension with similar functionality as The Events Calendar: Category Colors plugin for venues.
However, I can see your point of having such a feature, which might be useful for other users, too. Since we are a customer-driven platform, I have shared this with our product team for consideration on our future roadmap.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Screen freezes after typing in billing infoHi @coursewewill ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I recognize how challenging this must be, but let me try to assist you here to the best of my abilities.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce the issue in my testing environment running only The Events Calendar plugins and the twenty-twenty-one theme. Thus, I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the steps below?
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.?
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Calender (upcoming) will be overlapped by textHi @werny ,
Thank you for your message and sending the link.
I was able to track this down to a CSS rule from the theme. To override such rule, kindly append the following custom CSS snippet to your theme’s additional CSS section (Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS), and see if this works for you.
.tribe-events .tribe-events-calendar-list__event-header {
z-index: unset !important;
}Hi @stevennevins117 ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
Have you tried re-saving the affected event, ensuring that the correct date is on there?
Also, since you are using one of our premium plugins, and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. This is so we can adhere to the WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users.
