I installed W3 after my issues in an effort to trouble shoot by resesting cache

I’ve tried resesting the cache, deactivating plugins, switching to a default theme, I cant figure out how to reset plugins with FTP or PHP. I used the editor that is based online so I’m not sure if I can re upload files and folders. Thanks for your response!
