While I was recording it on loom, I finaly get it work by adding the subfolder (www/) in the url everytime I had an error. I share you the video to let you know what was working bad.

In the admin page > Sitekit, I get this error :

Unknown Error (code: invalid parameter: ‘code’).

PS for readers : FYI, I just clicked on the link provided by Adam. After having resolved the issue, I understand I better should have added the subfolder (in my case ‘www/’ after the domain name) and test it this way.

Hi Adam, thanks for your reply. I was unable to reset sitekit in the former website as the old website has been deleted or the host terminated the subscription on october 29th… So I did reset sitekit following the instruction by clicking on tools > available tools but this doesn’t resolve the issue. I have the url giving me the 404 error, but can I share it here or is it better to send it privately? This way how must I do?

Hi emermatomo, I have the same issue. When Matomo and Acymailing plugins are both activated. My WordPress admin pages show me a bunch of errors similar to skayw ones.

I contacted Acymailing, they tell me it has nothing to do with them…

Do you have more info?

I have also an issue with PHP 8.1. In PHP 7.4 My downloads work, if I upgrade to PHP 8.0 or 8.1, I get this error :

I don’t have a custom WP (no plugins folder moved out)

Version 4.4.4 worked in think but I don’t know if the issue began with latest version of wordpress or latest version of DM. What I can tell you is that when I installed DM and tested, it was working and all was up to date (theme- plugins-wordpress). This was on Sept. 20, 2021

I wrote you when all was updated (wordpress and plugin)

I didn’t change anything on the server.

To test the previous version of DM, I firstly uninstalled all DM and data. Now that version 4.4.4 is installed, I’ve recreate a new download file and gladly it works for me. You can test it with this link : https://largowinchartstrips.com/download/13286/

This way, I can’t test if the file can download. BUT
As this website is not officially launched yet, just tested this : deactivated all plugins but Download Monitor, activated Theme Twenty-twenty. This way, I’m in purest mode, result, I have the same 502 Bad Gateway message.
I also changed the PHP version to get the most stable : 7.4.

Before that, can it be related to the fact these websites run on PHP8?

Unfortunately, after updating Download Monitor to 4.4.6, then opened an incognito Chrome window to avoid Cache, I get the same 502 Bad Gateway message.

I will set the links to the regular url (without DM) for the 2 first links, the third one in the footer menu will stay for your needs…
