Thanks for this quick reply, much appreciated. Yes, you are correct. Our server admin installed and reinstalled the cert. As far as she could tell there wasn’t any change to the cert that she was aware of. We are able to use Beehive Pro now.

Hi,
I am having a similar issue with this plugin. I am not using the GA4. The site site is cte.capilanou.ca. It is a subsite of a multi site sites.capilanou.ca. CET has a separate GA account. We stopped collecting GA data in the main GA account on Friday.
I have tried the API approach also with no luck so far.

One more thing Nastia. We are using LDAP in our WordPress. Therefore we can only have one user per email. I don’t see how we can have 2 different service providers with the same email. I don’t think WordPress will allow that. I suppose that’s where we got stumped when trying to solve this problem. Any ideas from you are welcome.

That makes sense. I think I thought about doing that at one time but didn’t do it as it seemed like there should be another way.
I do have another unresolved question about current day appointments. I hope that can be addressed soon.

The other topic is about accurately showing service times for providers based on their service. This is about making same day appointments.

This is not the same topic as the other question. This is about being able to create an appointment on the current day. For example, if there are appointments times available on Monday and it is Monday, no one can make an appointment on Monday.

Thank you for your fast response to my question. Unfortunately, this is not entirely true.

For example: if you choose ESL For ECCE and Tracy Azlyn her schedule on Mon. shows 1:30-4:30 and exactly the same for General ELS. As you can see below, Tracy works some of those times in different services. Visually, her schedule does not change to reflect the service available at those times.

Her schedule is:
General ELS Support
Mon. 1:30-3:30
Wed. 2-4
Thurs 9:30-11:30
Fri. 1-2:30

ELS for ECCE
Mon. 3:30-4
Wed. 1:30-2
Thurs. 9-9:30
Fri. 2:30-3

If you choose a service and provider that has appointments for today you will see that you cannot click and create an appointment for the current day.

I can create screenshots but where do I send them to? Do you want a sample of one service and one service provider? We have 3 of each. Some providers do multiple services.

Good day Dimitris, thank you for your reply.

We are happy using the monthly calendar and have that working.

We are wondering why clients cannot make an appointment on the current day or the next day after the last appointment on the current day.

For example, when it’s Monday, Nov. 5 a client can’t make an appointment on Monday, Nov. 5. Also, at the end of the day on Monday, Nov 5, they cannot make an appointment on Tuesday, Nov. 6. When these days are unavailable the colour becomes muted.

I hope that makes sense.
