Now, as esmi suggested, install a custom css plugin. For example Custom CSS Manager and add this code in it:

text-transform: uppercase;
}

Do not edit the theme itself. First create a child theme for your changes. Or install a custom CSS plugin.

default Twenty Thirteen theme ACTIVATED : WITH NO PLUGINS

YES i did : May be it was generate-post-thumbnails.0.8 imported image that is causing the issue : Well is there a way to remove the upper image using code editing ?

When i deativated it: still the same thing :

Tried with the default Twenty Thirteen themes still having the same problem ::

I forget to Mention that am using generate-post-thumbnails.0.8 to get my image from blogger: Can that be the Cause ?
