The issue is that the VENUE does not appear correctly in two places:
1. the event frontend (slide 1) and
2. the event template/backend (slide 2).

Why the bullets in the venue description (slide 3) are not appearing in either the event frontend (slide 1) or event backend (slide 2) is a good starting point.

Then we can move to why the State in the venue information shows up in the event frontend (slide 1) but not the event backend (slide 2).
