In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack CPUSeconds and LogsThank you for getting back to me. They refused to allow access to the XML-RPC file. This is Siteground, by the way.
I resolved the issue to some degree, as I disabled all the plug-ins to find the culprit, and WP Rocket’s preload seemed to be causing more POST hits than anything else. I have disabled that part of WP Rocket for now. I am monitoring the site now to see if anything else is doing the same. I will contact Siteground with your message.

In reply to: High CPU usage and site limitedI have Wordfence. It says it’s a Google IP, though, so I am not sure if that is the best option.
Siteground gave me back access so I could try to resolve the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack CPUSeconds and LogsThank you for your help. The issue is still not resolved, but that is because my host has disabled access to the xmlrpc.php file for all websites hosted on their servers. The matter has been forwarded onto a higher technical team.

In reply to: [Edge] Import Demo Data Not WorkingHi,
You need to import the demo files as a plugin. Go to the plug in page and click add new. Then pick the zip file that you download from the Theme Freesia site. Hope this helps.

In reply to: Chrome issues with uploading MediaI have updated Chrome and cleared the Cache. I will try the extensions next. Thanks, I hadn’t thought about those.
Basically, when I hit add new media, nothing happens. I can’t add new media in the media library or in a blog post.

In reply to: WordPress.com Followers Count IncorrectYes, after doing some more forum searching, I decided that was the best thing to do. Thanks!

In reply to: WordPress.com Followers Count IncorrectNo, they are under the site stats section in Jetpack. Sorry, should have mentioned this was through Jetpack in my first post. It also now appears the list isn’t complete. I have friends who follow me this way and they no longer appear on the list. It seems to be stuck with showing 19 WordPress.com followers. One friend has confirmed he did not unfollow, so I know that it is wrong.

In reply to: WordPress.com Followers Count IncorrectThis is because you can subscribe to a www.ads-software.com site using wordpress.com. I just need to figure out the count issue. Here is a similar post, but I cannot clear the cache myself. Could someone who can clear the cache help me?

In reply to: WordPress.com Followers Count IncorrectThis isn’t a migration issue, this is a count issue. I never had a wordpress.com site. People are subscribing that way and the count is wrong. Thanks though.

In reply to: Dashboard empty and media uploading issuesSo it was the Google Analyticator. I don’t remember installing this and don’t think I need it since I have Google Analytics Dashboard for WP plug in.
I haven’t troubleshooted the media library issues yet.

In reply to: Dashboard empty and media uploading issuesWhen I click on it nothing happens. I have determined its probably a plug-in, but I haven’t had time to figure out which one yet. If I do, I will post it here.
