Sorry if I was not being clear. Admin within comments sections is replying to a 3rd party user(random user. not admin)

No, this is incorrect. I am not responding to myself. I am responding to a 3rd part user for testing purposes.

Within the admin panel, in the comment section, if i reply as admin nobody receives a reply email.

I’m also able to receive replies from admin if admin posts in the front end;however, from the admin panel, in the comments section, if a reply is made; it is not received.
