I have. And i have to be honest this is very frustrating…I have PROVEN that this is related to the plugin itself and yet the only response I keep getting is:

“This isn’t an issue caused by PowerPress” and then they are telling me to change the slug of my page instead of actually figuring out why PowerPress is causing the issue.

If I turn PowerPress off, everything works fine. I’m not sure what other proof we need.

Is there any way I can reach out to you privately?

The post category still exists, this is where the podcasts are posted.
The Category Feed in PowerPress was deleted, but the feed is still being posted.

Other podcasts in the same parent categories are displaying fine.

None of the suggestions on that page have yielded anything. Where/how does PowerPress determine when a page should show the XML feed?

One thing though…our theme is actually taking control of that slug as well and loading the correct template for our other podcasts

This problem has existed for so damn long…why not just fix it.

Yeah, the repeater template doesn’t even reference comments. I think it’s something being hooked by my theme.

on’t try to add HTML markup and then switch back to the Visual editor. That’s the fastest way to remove some (or all) of your markup. Use the Text tab and stick to it.

That’s a great way to deal with the problem. It doesn’t address the fact that this is a problem.

Maybe we’re not on the same page, but right now there is zero connection to my current URL’s and their category, so I’m not sure how you’d identify them.

I do think I’m onto a solution, I will post it up if it works as I think it will (may even have to create a plugin based on it).

Thanks James. That would work but we would have to manually enter each article and wouldn’t address future articles (so we would have to redirect every single URL on our page, both now and in the future).
