For my 40 year career of software design, the standard was ALWAYS

“be robust to prevent other things from breaking you, and never include code that breaks others.”

That kept me in demand to the degree that I never had a day unemployed, across 7 companies/division failing under me.

Themezee’s standard on all my issues and most others seems to be:
“Blame someone else.”

Anyone else notice the silence-of-the-developers?
