Job complete with no problems after following the instructions on the Kinsta site as linked in my original post and in the Mods reply.

I’d definitely recommend doing a backup first as that eliminates the sweaty palms from this procedure.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) I can’t really say much more because it went without a hitch.

ok I have found a work around for this. It isn’t very elegant, but it works.

The solution is to not use the ‘Woocommerce Brand Catalog’ widget to populate the page. Instead I have done it manually by loading the brand logos and linking them to the ‘filtered’ brand URL.

e.g. https://your_domain.com/shop/filters/berocket_brand/your_brand/

Since this takes you to an already filtered version of the basic shop page, it then allows you to filter further correctly.

Hi Oleg,
I have run the site with the Health & Check Troubleshooting plugin. I only activated the Avada theme, the two theme required plugins (Core and Builder), Woocommerce and the two BeRocket plugins.

I then tried to filter the OX brand page results and got the same 404 error message.

I’m not aware of any plugins that alter the permalinks.

ok thanks for that. I was able to see what was wrong. It looks like the conditions I set for the group had also filtered down to the individual filters. Once I cleared this, it worked fine.
