I can try to ask them but I found a support ticket where their solution was:

MetaSlider is using an iframe to create a preview. I’m guessing the cookie consent gets embedded right through the body tag, that’s why it’s also showing in the MetaSlider preview. This could be avoided by maybe making sure that the cookie consent doesn’t get displayed in the admin dashboard.

So is there any way to prevent the cookie consent to show in admin dashboard?

Hi, my client is really annoyed because of the pdf button not working. We are using the version 3.11.14 but the button is still not working. (I edited this because I noticed that you have tried to fix this but for some reason this is not working properly in our site)

Oh, too bad! But if all of them uses the same plugin, it would not been the problem?

Yes, there is couple of other plugins that we use in some sites and those are connected to that same Facebook account. Is that a problem?

sorry to bother you again! I was wondering could this been happening because I got several Facebook accounts where I’m the admin. And I log in with the same info every time. Everytime I connect one of them, another gets broken usually on a next day. So they don’t all have different log in info.

I use aws search widget also and it seems that the coding of the widget has changed in the last update. Is there any way you could change it back? The update broke layout of the site and I had to return using the old version.
