Grand. Thanks. Looks like I can mostly muddle through with ‘duplicate slide’ in the block options until a fix is in place.

In reply to: [Glossary] Term inside termHello Eugenio
Sorry for the delay getting back here. I have temporary made our development site open so you can see the issue we are having:
https://dev.enquire.org.uk/professionals/ – hover over ‘additional support needs’
==========================================
Also, perhaps related, seeing that there is an odd issue with a the first featured post on this page – https://dev.enquire.org.uk/parents/
The tooltip seems to work but on the the first purple featured post “Missing education” ‘read more..’ permalink does not work. disabling the glossary plugin has been the only way I can find to fix that issue.
==========================================
Bit of general info on the site:
Latest WordPress – PHP 5.6.12
Plugins used on the site (all latest version):
A-Z Listing
Admin Columns Pro
Advanced Custom Fields PRO
Advanced Custom Fields: Unique ID Field
Beautiful taxonomy filter
Disable Emojis

Relevanssi
UberMenu 3
WP-PageNavi

Thanks!

In reply to: [List Site Contributors] Warning: substr() expects parameter 3 to be long…Will have a look at the options, cheers!
Yeah error gone just now. tweaked about (in a bit of a blind/foolish way) with the plugin code to get it to do some of the things I want.
Once I’m finished, I will show you what I have wreaked. Most of it is planned for the html/css – adding classes, clearing , b> and   and looking at putting various elements in like ul>… Which may help others looking to control the layout.. and hinder some who have templates set to the current code.. but will be yours to consider.
I will feed the meter a little as I am using this for a commercial project and it has saved my bacon. Thanks Again!

In reply to: [List Site Contributors] Warning: substr() expects parameter 3 to be long…Update.
I have duplicated and started hacking the plugin. (not my preference.. but was stumped for what else to do!)
commented out:
$descx = strip_tags(substr($desc->meta_value, 0, $lsc_show_user_desc_max_chars)); // max 01-13-2012 was 150
I don’t know what this code does? so may fail elsewhere.. but the warning is gone?
While I am in there I am adding some classes to control the layout a little more.
Cheers
