There is a conflict between WP 3.6 and Wysija.

While we can not release a new version right now, please help us to apply this patch, by following the steps:
1. Download this file:
https://support.wysija.com/files/2013/01/front-subscribers.js
2. Replace your file in Wysija-newsletters with it.
File path: wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/js/front-subscribers.js
3. Don’t forget to clear your browser cookie and refresh the page.

You should not edit the code because we usually release a new version. Once you upgrade to a latest version, or you lost your changes, or you have to repeat your changes again.

By the way, if this is an useful option, feel free to submit your idea to our user voice site.

You are correct, we did not cover this case. Almost sites out there are runing on the default port 80.
