I guess that the problem was because I was trying to install it on Windows server. I got Linux now, and the file is opening without problem.

Yes, it’s a purchased theme. And I’m not sure, but I think that this problem came after an update. But they said only to clear the cache after the update..

That doesn’t sound like they are trying to be very helpful. You might try turning off your plugins. Using FTP go to wp-content and rename the plugin directory to plugins-off. If your theme starts working, rename plugins and turn off one at a time to you find the plugin or plugins that are conflicting with your theme.

I tried renaming the plugin directory, it’s the same, the gallery is till messed up.. :/

Yes, the popup shows up now and that’s perfect, but the images should not be listed like that – all the big images, one below the other. It should looks like – one big images, and rest of them below that big one, you know, like a gallery..

No, that slider is working perfectly.

It’s the image gallery when you open any of the estates. It was looking fine, but when you click other image to see, nothing happened, nor the “image viewer” popup shows up.

I just tried to clean the theme cache, and it’s worst. You can see how it looks now..

Hello, I managed to fix the redirection manually, it was a code in the header.php

Anyway, I still have the problem with the image slider (or gallery). It doesn’t work at all. Would you check it out the website and let me know if you have any idea to fix it?

Will try this now. I just wonder, do I need to backup any database?

Btw, I’ve noticed that when I rename the theme directory, the right nav menu into the dashboard is changed, too. But, as I said before, everything else is still blank.
