Could it be a problem with what content the CDN is caching, or not caching. That content not cached on CloudFront is getting to the browser so the page never fully renders.

I am having this same problem. I reciently turned on W3 Total Cache, CloudFront, CloudFlare all that stuff and it all seems to be working fine with the exception of conflicting with WP LinkedIn. ??

I can generate a token and have it work for a min. but then I get the notice the token is invalide. I will have to turn of WP LinkedIn.

I don’t see much use of a sticky header unless it has sub-menus ??

I was somewhat mistaken, when seem to be happening is that my LinkedIn banner is showing up on every since page on my site. On the page I actually want it on it shows up twice.

So the problem is actually larger than I thought.

I will have to turn off the plugin until I can get this resolved.

Did you find anything. I am looking for something similar.

Right now I make the text of the answer in the same color as the background and have instructions to press CTRL A to see reveal the answer. It’s not fancy but it works.

Were you able to get the chat to only apear on the page(s) you want?

I am interested in this. seems silly for the “Email Me” badge to apear on my contact page that has it’s own form. I think a shortcode would be great.

Seems to work with 3.8 so far. I had some problems at first. I did have to delete the cache in “WP Super Cache” plugin, which seemed to calm things down.
