instead using the Video link field, i used the embed code from vimeo, inside the story, that did the trick, but certainly is just a work around

thanks for your input, I did some search on the canvas tag and the closest one i could find was this plugin: Fancy Product Designer
It does miss the option where the user could upload his own image (his window) and some customize features (own text, own image) are not needed, but i think it is going into the right direction
Unfortunately i’m not really a javascript guy, so i wouldnt know how to customize this plugin
Would you be able to help me with this, or would yuou know anyone i could hire to do that job?

Just for the records, I have received a full refund.
Therefore this issue has been solved for me

thats my last reply to this issue, just sent an email to [email protected] with the above info, which actually nobody can do anything with, so I don’t see any reason to delete it (if the WP admins feel its inappropriate then they can delete it)

As explained I did use your contact form three times to request for support and used the same form fto request a refund
Additionally you where notified of my refund request when i started the refund request through paypal,
So, with all due respect, i don’t believe that you never received any of my support request and simply ignored also the request for refund my payment.

to answer your question on the first post. After the disaster with envira gallery, we bought nextgen and it worked right away out of the box perfectly

seems like the same MO as in my case. I did try to contact support too multiple times, but never got an answer
I doubt that its the form on their site, who doesn’t work, as they didn’t answer on my refund request, through paypal, didn’t answered either
Escalated the refund request a few days ago and hope to get my money back
