Shopp provides their own language support (also for dutch) since some newer releases. Updating this plugin is a bit useless after that..

Of course this isn’t something we’d want to hear, but is this the only error you get?
There isn’t a specific line in your error, at least not as I see the error here.

We’ve heavily tested the plugin and haven’t found any errors of login problems after activating, so if there are any I would like to hear the specific error/logs.

Only when we got them we can solve the problem in the future / update.
