jdavidingram, how do you set it up so that the images have a border on just the right or left side? Having a border on all sides doesn’t look right for embedded images with word wrap.

I mean, isn’t it fundamental to be able to add images to a website, and given that doing it without a margin is not an option, I don’t understand why this option was removed without explanation or alternative.

We haven’t upgraded all our clients’ sites to 3.9 because we don’t feel we need to teach them html to add images to their posts. I was hoping 3.9.1 might add this…

Yep, they updated the wp-content/plugins/gantry/gizmos/compatibility.php file, and it now works great! That’s all it was.

Yep, that’s what I paid ticket will do ?? Still got some bugs to work out beyond that, but we got it working and I’ll post what was done here as soon as my developer explains it all.

Hi @madpixels, my developer is having similar difficulties with a Gantry theme, trying all the wp_footer tips here and on the Gantry forum. I’d like to use this plugin on a dozen of our websites, but seeing as they all use Gantry, I need to get this resolved, or determine if they’re just not compatible ??

I’m starting to get the sense that nothing exists for what we want to do: Facebook login to go along with having additional required fields (e.g. you must be a resident/student, etc) that are not in Facebook’s profile. The only place I’ve seen it implemented is on Ning’s social networking system – they ask you to provide login info (your own or Facebook), THEN send you to the required profile fields page. We’ve decided to compromise and look for one that’s Facebook only, as long as it allows additional required profile fields at registration.

Our BP registration page requires a new user to choose a username and password. I guess this plugin can’t be used to replace that with a Facebook login instead.

Maybe the answer is too obvious to answer. Can I have users be required to fill out xprofile fields at registration that have nothing to do with Facebook, like what is your reason for joining or who referred you. This is what we do now, and want to maintain that if we allow Facebook login.
