In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] HTTP ERROR 500 when try to flushAnd here I thought I was the only one with this issue, glad to see it’s not me.
EXACTLY the same problem here. Seems there’s an issue with this setting up properly. At first, I thought it was that it wasn’t logged into CF (duh). Even after authenticating though, it still didn’t work right.
The (temporary) solution:
Comment out line 222 in wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Cdnfsd_CacheFlush.php
Should now look like
// $engine = $core->get_engine();Hopefully they get this one resolved quickly enough ??
Don’t blame a plugin for your inability to understand some pretty basic stuff here, really. This plugin is 100% user friendly.
I have to say, installing this was a breeze, the way the system protects from garbage is beautiful. It doesn’t get much more ‘user friendly’ than this!

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] No support, incredibly slow load times, very badFinally got an ‘update’, basically shrugging off what I’d said, pointing me to a FAQ, blaming everything on something else. Typical lazy development.
DAYS to get a response, and it’s pretty much ‘yeah, no, not our problem’.
Don’t waste your time with these guys.more problems again it looks like
These guys really need to fix this issueForum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Crangasi] No iconsYes, sorry, absolutely resolved.
Not sure why the conflict in the two, but that’s exactly what it was.
TYVM ??Just a quick update here:
@giles14’s solution works better than the first one, which as others have mentioned causes some pretty nasty bugs. Unfortunately, it’s not perfect, as it will disable your ability to edit visibility of pages and posts, and I’m assuming other stuff.
This plugin is good, but it’s far too problematic for stable situations. I mean, the over-usage of ajax is enough right there to tell you that much, and of course, the ignorance of this bug by the developer is pretty horrible as well.
This is truly a case of too much ajax here. It’s pretty pathetic when the developer passes this off as another plugin bug, when it’s their own poor programming that does this. Really, all you need to do is add an album selection at the gallery page level and you’re done! No ajax necessary, and this whole topic wouldn’t have even come up if this functionality had been done properly in the first place!!!

This is VERY simple to do. Follow the steps of the second reply, and you will find them working. It’s not hard, complicated, or anything else.
Step 1:
MOVE ALL YOUR PLUGINS ELSEWHERE
step 2:
Install 3.0
Step 3:
Move them back one by one and activate them until you see the problemThis isn’t rocket science, it’s common sense
fswd:
You need to do everything that was suggested earlier to fix this.
Major upgrades cause problems from time to time. Remove all of your plugins (put them in another directory), put them back one by one and access the site. Not really that hard to figure out which is causing the problemForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Using shortcodes within a templateThere is no response from the author on this page, and this does in fact cause problems. worked fine for months, then updated to the latest version and problems. Same issue here
Yeah, heaven forbid you actually VIEW ads, right?
Horrible idea for a plugin? No, the horrible idea for a plugin is adblock. People spend hours working on their websites to have trolls like yourself come in and try garbage like that. You should be embarrassed.
Sure, I get it, a few (few) websites have horrific ads, but that’s not an excuse to stop viewing ads alltogether. Going to a website without viewing their ads is like going into a store and walking out with whatever product they have, not paying for it. You’re STEALING from the designer, and you’re ripping yourself off from the opportunity that might just be what you’re looking for. Of course, trolls like yourself can’t do anything but complain anyways, huh

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Permission DeniedLooks to actually be a problem with the phpbb3 bridge and gallery conflicting.
only 800 tags with over 1k posts, and this is timing out here as well.
Time to uninstall
