It looks like you have to go to every page and change the image size setting on all responsive versions. Once I went to every page, I went to the column setting and set the image to cover on tablet and mobile. It looks like it was not inherited correctly. Hope this helps someone else.

Oh no! This is a major flaw that I wish we had been told about. We’ve missed several sales because of this and have not found this information anywhere but here. This would mean that Yith is not ideal for many small businesses as the premium upgrade is the same price as Woo-Commerce subscriptions but would be easier to manage. If this is absolutely the case than I dont know what the plugin can offer, how can we tell our customers to only use their paypal on subscriptions but the rest of the store can take regular payments. Also, this store is European where Paypal is not the standard for online purchase, IDEAL is. Any guidance would be helpful, my client will be very upset when I relay this information

This was all handled in a very confusing way tbh. I never know what thread to respond to. Seems like this could have been avoided by not immediately closing my inquiry when I first posted. Then I didnt know if I could get help unless I posted again. This made the process confusing and it took a really long time to work out. I sort of understand your logic but when 2 plugins are having issues together, it’s not unreasonable to ask both developers right away. 9 times out of 10 one developer tells you to ask the other one anyway. I tried to save time and help my client faster but it ended up just adding more time.

Weirdly. I removed and reinstalled the SMPT plugin, re-ran tests and now it is working. I cannot explain this, but thanks for your help. Hopefully this thread helps someone in the future.

Ok, so I double check and it looks like they are set to send HTML

I checked these settings and it looks like the emails say Content Type: text/html

IDK if that helps but the From and email address have been manually set from the start.

I have done all of this, as it says in the original post. All settings have been checked in the Woo settings. The emails were being sent before the SMPT, now they are not going out at all, even after I disable your plugin. Emails are turned on in woo, all email addresses are correct. Test emails for Woo were working are now they are not.

Can you please help me? We’ve wasted 2 days arguing about whether this is a duplicate post, meanwhile my live store is not sending customer emails at all. I understand that I asked the same question but it was for 2 different reasons. WooCommerce and I are both certain that it is the SMPT plugin issue, not Woo and thus should be discussed here with this plugin author.

Yes. I tried to do this. They saw that I posted here, considered it a “duplicate post” and marked it as solved without offering an answer. I will try again but it seems like SMTP is not going to work with WooCommerce. The SMTP app is working in the test phase, test emails are going out, just nothing from WooCommerce.

I disabled the SMTP plugin and now WooCommerce emails are not going out at all, before they were going out but ended up in the spam folder. Now they dont go out at all. Any ideas there?

I’m not in love with this solution. The plugin you suggested is untested with updated versions of WordPress. I dont want an incompatible plugin if it’s avoidable

I’ve read like 12 thread like this that were never solved. This is a really common issue with this plugin specifically.

I would prefer you didn’t. First, this issue is common and will help others find the colution i the future. 2. The issue is likely with the SMTP plugin and not WooCommerce so closing the thread to only work with those developers limits the likelihood of a solution.
