Sorry, I don’t see how that code tweak will make the expiration date field appear on a custom type’s edit page. The rating is based upon the fact it does not work.

I’ve reached out to the Theme developer about the problem and it appears your plugin will work on some installations. So I have to guess the problem is it does not work with the latest WP/Gutenberg.

It’s not bad in the sense that you own all the products.

My experience with the plugin (which is truly great by the way) is this; in the first 10 minutes after installing it I had to dismiss the nag box at least a dozen times. First impressions are everything.

I usually check the site everyday but missed a couple days. The first I noticed it was Dec. 8 so I’ll say it started somewhere between Dec. 4 and Dec. 8.

During that period there were updates to several plugins due to the release of WP 5.0 – I have NOT upgraded to 5.0 yet.

During that time period:
– Plugin Accordions updated
– Plugin Contact Form 7 uninstalled
– Plugin Ninja Forms installed

I just tried reactivating your plugin and the problem still exists – cannot get past the Fremius nag pop-up by clicking skip.
