Heya Scott, thanks for the 5-stars and nice review! and I have good news for ya, expect a new sub plan available within the next couple weeks that will let you get HB Pro by itself ??
I don’t want to confirm the exact price here in-case we change it before launch, but it will be starting at less than $10/m for sure.

In reply to: [Simple Author Box] Any plans to add a sub-line?Cool, thanks ??
Hey @unpointcinq,
Your WordPress install will look for whichever language you have your WP install set to via:
Settings > General.
So assuming your site language is set to French Canada there then just make sure your Hustle fr_CA.mo file is added in your /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder
If that folder doesn’t exist then you can create it yourself ??
Make sure the name of the .mo file is hustle-fr_CA.mo – that will ensure it’s associated with Hustle and WordPress recognizes it.
Hope that helps! If you have further trouble with that just let us know. Cheers
Hey @bonsaigil,
Was your site loading slowly at the time by any chance? That could be due to a timeout or if there was anything blocking communication really. Are you having any trouble scanning it with something like Google Pagespeed? https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
If the issue is still happening can you share your domain with us or if you would prefer not to share your domain in a public forum here then you can always send that in privately to us here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
Make the subject line “Attn: Tyler Postle” to ensure it is assigned properly and we’ll investigate further ??
Cheers,
TylerHey @mkrestaurants, thanks for all the detail. We’ve been trying to replicate this, we used a Bluehost environment with all the same plugins you mentioned above(besides premium ones we didn’t have access to like ManageWP worker and your theme).
So it either is a conflict with that plugin/theme, settings related, or PHP version.
If you can create a dev/sandbox version of your site or don’t mind us checking it out on your live site then we can troubleshoot further to figure out exactly what happened ??
Again, I know you mentioned you didn’t want to use it again until it’s fixed, but being able to see the issue first hand would definitely help with that. If you don’t mind then contact me via our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
Make the subject line “Attn: Tyler Postle“. That will ensure it gets assigned to me ??
Look forward to hearing back and hope you have a great rest of your day.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Hustle - Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Optins, Popups] Not so goodHey Soren,
Working alongside Josh here. Would you be able to let us know what the errors are? If you can copy and paste them here that would be great or if they are more visual errors(styling, images, etc.) a screenshot would be awesome. We’ll try and get this fixed up asap for you. First we’ll need to replicate it.
Do you happen to know what the PHP version of your server is? If you’re unsure where to find it then you can temporarily install this plugin to see it in your dashboard: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/display-php-version/
Look forward to hearing back!
Cheers,
TylerHey @mkrestaurants,
So far we haven’t been able to replicate the issue you experienced. I know you don’t want to bother with this again until you know it’s fixed but just hoping I could ask for some information about your environment, that might help us replicate it.
Could you provide:
- a list of the plugins you have active(or screenshot)
- Name of the theme you’re using
- PHP version your server uses
- Web host name
That information would be very helpful!
It caused my site to display a popup that was not even enabled anymore (let alone it didn’t even display correctly)
When you say that it didn’t display correctly, did it just not look right? ie. styling wasn’t the same as before.
Apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused you. Look forward to hearing back!
Cheers,
TylerHey @Carlosfaria,
By any chance have you ever had Hustle installed before? Perhaps you have previously been a member of WPMU DEV and used the pro version on your site?
Knowing this will help us track down the issue ??
Look forward to hearing back.
Cheers,

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Can’t go on after step 2Hey @dslot,
We haven’t been able to replicate this issue. That warning you’re seeing shouldn’t be stopping step 3 from showing so it sounds like you have another conflict happening there.
Can you run through this troubleshooting flow chart:
If after checking for plugin/theme conflicts, it’s still not working then would you mind contacting us through our private contact form so we can request further access to troubleshoot more in-depth? ??
WPMU DEV Contact Form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
Make the subject line “Attn: Tyler Postle”
Look forward to hearing back!
Cheers,
TylerHey Valentina,
Myself and a couple other staff here have been trying to replicate the issue you’re experiencing but so far no luck ??
Would you mind contacting us through our private contact form here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
Then we can troubleshoot this more in-depth with you.
Make the subject line “Attn: Tyler Postle”
That will ensure it gets assigned to me. If you can also include your PHP version and who your site is hosted with that would be great, if you don’t know your PHP version then no problem we can get that during troubleshooting.
Look forward to hearing back!
Cheers,

In reply to: [Wiki] WPMUDEV SCAMHi again @wongfeihung666, just want to follow up here and mention that I already replied on your original review here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wpmudev-org-is-a-scam/#post-8365618
Hey there @wongfeihung666 sorry you’re feeling this well, I see you have emailed us as well. Our accounts staff is replying to that now if they haven’t already sent it ??
I just want to be clear that we refunded your Oct 22nd payment back on Oct 24th, not long after you first contacted us. Depending on your credit card provider it can sometimes take several days for that refund to reflect on your bank statement.
When you sign up for the trial it is made clear that it’s a 14 day free trial with an automatic $49/mo payment thereafter unless cancelled via your account page or contacting us. We have no record of a cancellation or attempted cancellation on your account and thus charges were made; however, as mentioned above we did refund your last one.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Recent Update Crashes SiteHey BreeziiKat,
You can create a file that includes this just this:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
Name it whatever you like. ie. info.php and upload it to your root then visit the page directly, yourdomain.com/info.php that will show all your php information.
Or if you would rather use a plugin to check then you can just use this one here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
If you are on php 5.2 then you will want to upgrade, which can usually be done within PHP configuration in your cPanel; however, if you’re unsure how to do that then you can always ask your host ??
Cheers,
TylerHey there @pjingles,
Yes, the free version does have 1mb limit, which we’ve found is high enough for the majority of images uploaded to the average website, which is why we went with that limit. We still wanted it to be useful even in it’s free form. We do appreciate your feedback though!
As for no pricing being listed. We are fixing that, we’re testing a new checkout process right now which is likely what you saw and you are right it doesn’t show pricing clearly until after the initial user registration. No good! We’re getting that sorted out. Our pricing is $49/mo for everything our membership has to offer – 100+ premium products, WPMU DEV Academy courses, remote site management, security/performance scanning, and more. You get a 14 day free trial to begin with so you can try it all out before any payment is made.
or another freaking subscription service which isn’t a cost effective measure given the size of my site.
You can cancel the subscription at any time so if you only needed Smush Pro version for a month to smush some large images you had or perhaps do a big bulk smush then you could do that and afterwards it would fall back to the free version capabilities.
I’d suggest trying out the free trial since it won’t cost you anything then you can try out the pro version, smush any images you aren’t able to with the free version, and perhaps try out some of our other products/services as well during that 14 days ??
Any pre-sales/pricing/billing questions you can always direct straight to our support team too: [email protected]
