which file are you using mike? – Because if you look at the code I pasted all i did was nest a short code inside a div that your code uses. Are you saying I need to contact gravity forms support to create a function that won’t hide the error when I hit submit?

Yes just using a short code in your job-application.php for the form from gravity forms. – Where is that jquery code at in your file structure?

its WP Job Manager 1.20.1 and as far as purchasing… uh.. i thought this was a free plugin? i don’t recall paying anything for it? I just really need to keep the div open if errors exist. Think of it as someone who doesnt do english very well , some might just skip something and hitting submit and it shrinking can be misleading.
