Hi @newoyonssample,
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the plugin.
As we asked to the previous user that had a similar issue.
Are you using any plugins that change the way you edit posts or pages content? like Elementor. Our current plugin is not compatible with those, and we are working on a fix.
Please let us know and we will investigate,

Hey @spiezz, we’re sorry to hear you’re having errors with the plugin. We’d love to be able to help but need to collect a little bit more information. Could you tell us how, or what you’re doing when you see the internal server error?
P.S. Video always helps us, if you don’t mind recording it that would help immensely (we recommend using https://www.loom.com/ to record)
No problem @rdcubo, glad to have helped.
@woshea the shortcodes should work, I’ve included a video showing a shortcode working in 3 different modes => https://www.loom.com/share/b6ab2710a78d40b2a4147976ebc6d90f
@rdcubo the add block button should be available as part of the gutenberg editor, I’ve included a video showing how to add it. Please let me know if this helps => https://www.loom.com/share/fb8317254b554caaad3495f24b051a98
We do not export results into WordPress, nor do we have a method of viewing results in WordPress at this time. However you can have results pushed into various tools like Google Sheets or Airtable. If you’s like check out all of our integrations here.
@woshea please reach out to us at [email protected] and post back here if and when you do (so I can find your support request and we can go from there).
Popups need to have the aditional attribute of type set to popup, sooo
[typeform_embed button_text=”Button” type=”popup” url=”https://abc.typeform.com/to/ABC”%5D
Hello again, we’ve just pushed an update to the plugin (v1.2.0). While it will not allow you to update/modify your old forms (those that use shortcodes), it will allow for those shortcodes to be rendered properly when a user visits your page. If you do want to be able to modify the forms and stay up to date, we advise that you re-embed your forms using our Gutenberg block plugin.
We apologize for this issue, it seems to be a namespacing issue for function names. We’ve resolved it on our end, if you update to version 1.1.1 you should be all set.
Hey guys, this issue arises with the migration from Typeform 0.7.5 to 1.x.x. We do not currently have a migration process now, currently you’d have to manually change the shortcodes into Gutenberg blocks (however we are looking at a way to automate this).
If you need to downgrade, you can download an older version (shortcode compatible) here => https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/typeform.0.7.5.zip
Which version of WordPress are you using?
Our plugin has been rewritten from the ground up to support WordPress 5 (Gutenberg)! Hopefully you give it a chance and enjoy the new experience.
