    Have you tried getting in touch with the “revolution slider” vendor?

    Because the plugin was included with the purchased theme, the plugin vendor won’t offer support, although I submitted a support request anyway.

    Here are the requirements for the slider to function. I’d make sure you have these specs:

    Version 4.3.8 SkyWood release Date 27.04.2014
    WordPress 3.9 Ready
    jQuery 1.7.x – jQuery 1.10.x and jQuery 2.+ Compatible

    I hope that’s it.
    Even though we just purchased the theme within the past month, the version of Revolution Slider that was included is only 4.1.4, so I just submitted a ticket requesting upgrade to 4.3.8

    And yes, we have WP 3.9 installed.
