Please contact us at support [at] tidio.net and we will schedule a teamviewer session to temporarily turn the chat on your website and see where the issue comes from. Is that ok? Once we diagnose what is happening this should be a matter of just a couple of hours to fix this.

Yes, the PRO licence gives you unlimited access to almost all the features, apart from removing the watermark. The cost of removing it (only for PRO users) is $15 – single payment

To display chat only on specific pages I’d recommend you to uninstall the plugin and register at https://www.tidiochat.com . After that go to integration section of the Tidio Chat Panel and follow the instructions there to put the Java Script code on your website.

I’m glad you like it.
1. Offline messages are sent to the e-mail address you provided in the settings. You can also see them in your Tidio Chat Panel in history section, all the offline messages will have a blue tag next to it.
2. Tidio Chat works great with the newest versions of popular browsers. For safety reasons I’d recommend your customers to update their browsers to the latest versions
3. There is a selected choice of colours available. It is a good idea though to be able to fully customize it. So far you can fully customize it in Settings > Operator for your operator

Hi, thank you for your feedback. When there is many visitors coming to chat, the operators are assigned randomly to them, so we make sure that only one person is talking to a client. We will add an option soon that will allow you to choose whetever you want those alerts to come to everyone or be assigned randomly to only one operator
