In reply to: [Zakra] Zakra 4.0 Major Release (PLEASE READ)Since the update, the header, footer, scroll function and page division on the laptop are no longer correct in the Child Theme.
What should I do?
Thank you @barsha04, I just did…
Hi @barsha04,
I already did that before contacting you. That also didn’t indicate a conflicting plugin.

Hi @barsha04,
I switched to the parent Zakra theme and checked, but the issue is still the same then.

Hi @shresthauzwal,
I was going to make some screeenshots for you, but when I was in CMS I notice that there were updates of both Everest Forms and Pop Up Box. I first performed the updates and apparently that solved the conflict between the two plugins. Because I no longer get error messages, neither from Ryte.com nor from the site diagnosis.
Problem solved, thanks for your prompt willingness to help!
Hi @sandippokharel!
Thank you for your quick reply!
As you suggested I checked all the plugins one by one and in random order several times.
It now appears that there is a conflict with another plugin I am using, which is Pop Up Box by Pop Up Box Team.
When used separately, both popups give no problem, as soon as I activate them together I get the message that https:// Slaaplijn.nl/ has a connection timeout.`
Dear Adam,
Thank you for your quick reply!
I disabled the lazy load on the page in question only. Now the featured images are visible again.
Kind regards

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Courses pages not responsiveDear Brian,
As you suggested, I approached Zakra Themes to ask why the page in question is not responsive, while the lessons and quizzes are.
After writing together several times, the final answer from Zakra Themes is: “Since the issue seems to occur from the plugin, I suggest you use another LMS alternative.”
Of course it is not my intention to start using another LMS plugin, especially since I have already completed a large part of the course.
But I understand from Zakra Themes that the problem is with Learnpress. I’ve already disabled all plugins one by one, which didn’t help. As I mentioned before, it is remarkable that the lessons and quizzes are responsive.
Can you please agaian check the page concerning to see where the bug is?

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Courses pages not responsiveHi,
I have done as you said and with the default WordPress theme the courses-pages are responsive as you aspected.
Is there something I can do (or you can do for me) so with the Zakra Theme LearnPress will be responsive too? (with the lessons there are no problems by-the-way…)
Greetings!
I happened to solve the problem myself, deactivated the Redis Object Cache plugin and everything works fine!
Thank you very much for the quick respond, I used AJAX submission now and everything works, I see the succes message in the popup now, the page is not reloaded anymore!
I saw someone tried the contact form in the footer off the website. But it is not this form. When you follow the link above you’ll see information about the ‘NoseTubes’. When you click ‘MEER INFO en KORTINGSCODE’ the popup with the contact form will appear. After the contact form is filled and send, the popup dissapears. The succes message is being shown, but you will only see it when you re-open the popup. This is not how it is ment to bee. The popup should stay put and show the succes message. I want the popup only to dissapear after clicking the close-button (this is what I specified in the settings).
Hi Alex,
I have cleared the contents of the external background URL field, updated the plugin and guess what…problem solved!!!
Thank you very much Alex!
Have a nice weekend!Kind regards, Ullie
