Hi Steve, I don’t think that I was rude and demanding, it was simply a question if someone else had the same issue, and I think it happened after the update by Wordpess, according to Hostgator, if there are enough issues of the same WordPress should fix it through another update.
If it cannot be done because my Mac is to old or whatever, well then I will have to stay with Webs.com which I have been using for the past 15 years with not a single issue ever, and there was chat & email support 9-6.
I had no idea watching a video of some guy using WordPress to set it up, that it was free it’s only after the fact when I called Hostgator I realised this site was free. I really liked it because of the blog themes.
Since I am not a genius in designing or setting websites it toke me a lot of time to set it up, and it run perfectly for over a months, then suddenly this issue happened, so excuse me if I am bit demanding, as you mentioned, the reason being there is no customer service through email or phone by the folks that set the site up in the first place.
I really appreciated your input and help and I wasn’t addressing you personally.
I am certain, however, that there is someone other that with the same issue and knows how to correct it.

Ok so it is a problem with WordPress and iMac, I have tried all the possibilities there are to fix this, I can do it with no problem on my Laptop and Tab but not on my iMac ( 21.5 inch- Intel Core i5 mid 2011) DOES ANY ONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!! AND WHAT IS WORDPRESS GOING TO DO ABOUT IT??

Hi “zakoops” I am out of options as far as my problem with the Pinnacle theme by WordPress, I cannot activate the ADD MEDIA button on my posts and pages, nobody seem to know what it is, however two guys trying to help me where able to access my site and had no problems doing what can’t do on my site on my PC?!
I changed themes, updated WordPress program., so it has got to be something
with my PC, I am running on El Capitan version 10.11.5, and Safari 9.1.1.
I tried on Chrome and Firefox but the same thing happened there.

Do you have a solution?

Yes Ulrich I did, I also downloaded a new version of www.ads-software.com but still the same. On some posts and pages the ADD MEDIA button opens up just to get to where you can choose UPLOAD MEDIA or Library but then it’s stuck and doesn’t open either one. One the other posts and pages the button just flickers but doesn’t open at all.
I also cannot preview a new theme, the live preview doesn’t work either, however when I click ACTVATE it works?’
This system seems to have a lot of issues? or am I the only one with this problem?

Is there a maximum of content set for posts and pages? maybe I have too much stuff on there? is that possible? even tough i don’t have that much content on it.
Any suggestion would be appreciated, otherwise I will have to forget about WordPress and go somewhere else.

Looks like my site is totally unfunctional, when i go to the Theme templates and try to preview a theme it doesn’t open up.

Hi Steve.. in case you wonder why the delay in response..because I am in Switzerland with 6 hours ahead of of you.
I just tried in Firefox instead of Explorer but still the same.
have had a look air my site? is there something that shouldn’t be there? what is the limit on items added to a post or page?

changed it to twenty sixteen and fourteen still no luck

I am really disappointed..I put in a lot of work putting this site together I like the PINNACLE theme the way it is but suddenly over the past week it doesn’t seem to work anymore, i can not place media in any posts, the ADD MEDIA button isn’t responding, I did everything that was recommended to me including re-installing the Pinnacle theme, updating all the plugins, I deactivated one plugin at the time to see if one of them causes the problem, that wasn’t it.
So what are my options now? changing the theme? really and start from scratch?
Is there any one that can fix this issue?

Hi Steve.. well I re-installed Pinnacle version 4.6.1 and updated SEO but still no result
I couldn’t even install the BackWPup plugin, that didn’t react either.
