In reply to: [Ultimate Blocks - WordPress Blocks Plugin] Content Toggle Formatting HelpHi @rtddev,
Glad to have you with us. We believe you will enjoy using Ultimate Blocks.
This is actually a known issue, and we had a fix for it in the latest version. But for some reason the CSS responsible for it doesn’t load.
We are working on it.
But I do have a solution for you.
Go to Ultimate Blocks Settings page from your Dashboard. Disable any of the blocks and re-enable it.
When any block is disabled our CSS gets regenerated. That should fix the issue.
Please let me know if you come across any issues.
Regards.
Hi Sorin,
Thank you so much for the input.
We have also come up with a fix that will be available in the next update.
We are sorry that you had to go through the code and come up with a fix yourself. But we are really glad that you posted the fix here.
Thanks again.
Regards.
Hi,
Glad to know that it’s good now.
We will try to make sure that this doesn’t happen in the future.
Thank you for being patient with us.
Regards.
It’s the same error that we thought we were able to fix.
We are sorry but you may have to deactivate the plugin, edit the post and remove the broken blocks. Then reactivate the plugin and add the block again.
We are so sorry we couldn’t fix it.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Regards.
Hi,
We are really sorry about that. On our end, we tested the block for all version since it was introduced and we were able to upgrade to latest version from all those older versions. We really hoped it will work on your end too. Sorry it didn’t.
Can you please check the console and see if the exact same error is shown?
Regards.

Just wanted to let you know that we have added the support for nested blocks in both Tabbed Content and Content Toggle (Accordion) block.
Please update your plugin to the latest version.

In reply to: [Ultimate Blocks - WordPress Blocks Plugin] TOC and sticky headerHi,
We have worked on that and improved it.
Now instead of going to the id, the contents will hide with a little animation.
Here’s a little preview: https://prnt.sc/nddjqk
You will have this in the next update, which we will release very soon. If everything goes alright, we are planning to release the update next week.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
You’re welcome. We are always here to help you with the plugin.
We understand that it was not a very long time ago. But we have made lots of changes in the last couple of months. And we think something along the way broke it.
Please let us know how it goes.
Regards.
Thanks for getting back to us.
One possible reason for this could be – when you created those posts, you were using an older version of Ultimate Blocks. Some of those older versions of the plugin is not backward compatible. And that’s causing the issue.
One possible solution could be – deactivating the plugin, then editing the post. You can convert the broken blocks to Custom HTML if you don’t want to lose them on the frontend for the time being. The styles will be lost but the content will be there. Save the posts.
Reactivate the plugin, edit the posts and add Table of Contents block. Then remove the converted custom HTML block.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. We understand that this is a hassle but this is the only way we can think of right now.
Please let us know if this works.
Regards.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t replicate the issue on our end.
When on the blank screen can you please check if it gives any error on the console?
You can access the console from Developer tools on your browsers.
Please let us know if you see any error there. That might help us to track the issue.
Regards.
Hi,
We are really sorry about that.
Can you please give us some information like what version of Ultimate Blocks and WordPress you are using?
If you are using the Gutenberg plugin, which version are you using?
We will try to replicate the issue on our end and come up with a solution.
Regards.
Hi,
We hope you were able to do it.
We are marking it resolved.
Regards.
