In reply to: error404.000webhostIt takes a while for all of the DNS servers to update and to really know where to point the clients. But you should make sure that you have properly pointed the domain name to either the two name servers (ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com) or their A list IP (31.170.161.145). I typically use the name servers and IPs (not the A IP, the IPs associated with the name servers). Also make sure that you put the site in the “public_html” folder on the server. If you have that all right then it should take in around 24-48 hours after updating the DNS settings.
I have the same thing going on too, I could upload to it, sometime the page was blank, sometimes I would get 404. Just wait it should start working randomly in the next 72 hours.

In reply to: I have a fatal error after updating my themeWait, I was able to log in to the site, it says “ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.” in the admin page. What should I do about that, just re-install the theme?

In reply to: I have a fatal error after updating my themeIt is still blank, if it is a problem plugin could I just delete the suspected one from the server and see if hat solves the issue. The plugin that I think would be causing some of the problems is bulletproof security. All of the other plugins are things like Google analytics, facebook like box, social media integration, noting too complex. Except for the All-In-One SEO Tool and the Bullet-Proof Security plugin.

In reply to: I have a fatal error after updating my themeWhen I changed the theme folder name the website wen blank, I’m not sure how to reset the plugins, I’m in phpMyAdmin and can’t find what that guide says I should be finding, and I cant help but to fear that I may screw something else up while in the database.
