After enabling “Use document CSS by Complianz”, the styling of the cookie list gets better but the added white space is still there.
As you can see in the added video capture of the page, only the expanding/contracting of the miscellaneous tab causes/solves the white space after the footer of the page

Hi sorry to write in a resolved ticket but +1 for that.
And also can you please tell the name of your css that I can exclude from css optimization (minify, merge etc)
Because now the cookie list
1)doesn’t look like in here https://complianz.io/legal/cookie-policy/ but more like a simple list (still click to expand)
2)and because of css optimization I think, there’s now a white space at the bottom of the page (after the footer). When I click open all list items, white space disappears (white space’s exactly the same height as the opened cookie list)

OK, it’s not a problem of styling. So, it’s a problem of UX.
When I click a “back” button, I expect to go back; not to go to another page (even if the page we end up has the same functionality).

eg. When you put your car in reverse, you expect to go backwards. But with your approach we are going sideways. If it makes sense.

And also, it’s not visible on the page but, why would there be a payumoney button on the page?

I don’t have payumoney account, nor a plugin that supports payumoney. Heck, I didn’t even hear payumoney up until I saw on that page!

For me, it just raises the question if the plugin does something malicious behind the walls!

One disadvantage of using Stripe Checkout is that it requires a redirect to the Stripe hosted payment page. Typically redirects to another page affect conversion rates.

Yeah, I know but, I saw (and actually already done) that we can brand those pages to make them look like they are part of our website. I’m not sure and I never saw one but, I think that we can’t do it e.g. with PayPal.

And I think (I’m just speculating actually), the decrease in conversion rates is linked more to the change of the page look, than the actual link in the address bar is changing to another one (hosted on stripe, PayPal, etc).

I really don’t think that people are actually looking at the links on the address bar when they are buying something online (heck, they don’t even look in normal web surfing or even when they use internet banking!).

I don’t know if the new checkout opens a new tab/window or loads the page in the same tab /window (or if we can even control it). If it opens a new tab/window, then yes, it may be true that it affects conversion rates. But if it loads on the same tab and that we can also brand that page to look like part of our website, I don’t think it could affect the conversion rate on a meaningful and/or measurable scale.

I have the exact same problem as thuytien123.
I actually did what LogoLogics proposed before finding this page (delete the image from the server and re-upload with a different name) but now I see that there are two images served over HTTP instead of HTTPS (the old image which I deleted from the server and the new one)! The image is fallback for video background in home page.
I’m using Comodo SSL and Cloudflare free.
