In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] What is being done about the poor reviews?Bump
The problem with your beginning examples is they are not new features but just bug fixes. This means the plugin is never going to get better. You then went onto the features and they should have really existed many versions ago.
Regarding the reviews, it is still 2.5* out of 5. If we look at the recent reviews it hasn’t received many great reviews – https://prnt.sc/10blq8o. I am no longer the only 1-star review (not sure why you felt necessary to put the smiley face)
Here are my suggestions:
– Ability to resize the button
– Ability to move the button (further to the options offered) – We need to be able to move it by a certain amount of pixels or just place it on a page ANYWHERE
– Ability to hide the messenger button on mobile view
– Ability to add transition effects for the button
– Ability to autohide the button if at the top of a page or the bottom of the pageI hope that helps.
Thanks for listening.
Please give me the CSS code needed for your plugin. Seperately, please add it as future feature suggestions.
Please read my post again. I told you where I want the icon and you’ve just told me about the positions offered in the tool. I need that bit more (which I already explained).
Please attempt to answer ALL my points and use the numbering system. Before doing so, please aim to provide CSS code.
Happy to leave a review.
Please next time respond as…
1)
2)
3)
I numbered my points for a reason.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax fees will not calculate at UK rate of 20%Thank you very much for your help.
I appreciate it.
Is there a way to give you something like kudos?? I’m new to this forum so unsure if that facility exists.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax fees will not calculate at UK rate of 20%Brilliant!
I fully understand it all now.
Thank you so much.
When and how does WooCommerce take their cut? Do they email me at the end of each calendar month or just take the money on a monthly basis?
The 44p was postage but I have fixed that now so VAT is £58.33. Postage will be free.
Is there any WooCommerece options you suggest to make it easy for customers to get VAT or do you think the below is enough?
Subtotal £350.00
Total £350.00 (includes £58.33 VAT)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax fees will not calculate at UK rate of 20%Thank you for your response.
“Tax rates are always a percentage added to the amount that the seller get”
Can you rephrase please as I don’t understand that part?
Also, how do I display “not a percentage of what the buyer pays” as I’ve never come across a UK site which calculates something different!

In reply to: Can you access WordPress through a desktop application? Thanks but it seems massively overcomplicated.
I’ll stick to logging in via GoDaddy. Nothing to install for me. Just up and running, how I like it!

In reply to: Can you access WordPress through a desktop application?Yeah, you’re right. I’ll stick to using a website.
Is there any advantage to me over logging into WordPress rather than GoDaddy to edit my website?
I must admit, I don’t even know how to login to WordPress to edit my website!

I’m after an application rather than logging through a website.
