1.I’m concerned about if there are too much TOC insert in a post , and if shortcode
[lwptoc] by “Advanced Ads Plugin” which has replaced autoinsert by Lucky-wp , may hurt seo , will it?

2.The “SEO snippet” is which I found in this page

I don’t know what is that for?
Is it related to the feature :”SEO-friendly: table of contents code is ready to use by Google for snippets on result page.” in “Description page” https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/luckywp-table-of-contents/
And how could I know it really work to Google?
