Hi @dagenius20 , thanks so much for leaving a review! We’re glad Automator has been useful to you.
Hi @futureyoon , this ticket sounds familiar. ??
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/recipe-status-color/
It was changed in the 3.0 release, and so far we have just had your 2 tickets as feedback, but it is something we’re still considering.
Our team though says the colours could be changed with a bit of PHP, CSS overrides wouldn’t work otherwise in the back end. If you need help here, maybe you can reach out on our site.
I will still close this as a captured feature request.
Hi @jaake98 ,
We have had a few requests for this support (i.e. extending our Create a post action to support taxonomy data) and it will be something we add in Q3. We will need to add it explicitly to do what you want. I will tentatively close this though since what’s needed isn’t currently supported but is planned.
Thanks @swamiofsuccess , we really appreciate your review! I’m glad our team has been helpful to you.
Hi @futureyoon , any chance you could open a ticket on our site and send us your System report from Automator > Tools? That will help us better assess what might be happening and help you with a resolution.
Hi @futureyoon , it is a redirect error on our side during activation via WP-CLI that we have fixed for the next release. The update should be out in the next few days (no later than Monday), but as there are several changes involved in this fix, maybe you could reach out via our website if you need the updates urgently, as we’ll need to provide some instructions about making the fixes yourself in advance of the release.
Hi @gce7 , it’s been almost 2 weeks since the last update, so we’ll go ahead and mark this resolved, but you’re welcome to reopen the ticket here or on our website if you need further help.
Hi @supportteam2020 , it’s been about 3 weeks since the last update, so we’ll go ahead and close this now, but let us know if you’re still seeing any issues.
Hi @plus2 , this sounds like a different issue and you posted in a resolved thread; definitely make sure you open a new thread for unique issues so we’ll be sure to see it.
I think you may have also opened a ticket with our Help Desk, and if so, the issue appears to be that you ran out of credits for posting. There’s more info about credits for free accounts here: https://automatorplugin.com/knowledge-base/what-are-credits/
Hi @nikhil7008 ,
We had a similar report recently that we believe is related to Safari. Just in case it’s the same thing, if you are using Safari, could you try another browser briefly to see if that is related? Let us know if that makes any difference (and if not, more details would help us trace it).
Hi @miguelhuerta , we can absolutely take a look at this for you, but it’s unfortunately not a product we’re familiar with or that we’ve seen requests for. It sounds like we might just need to extend our Subscriptions integration to other product types, but we wondered if you could possibly reach out on our website so we can get more details–both about what’s needed for the integration and to talk more about the plugin, since it’s not something we currently have access to. Thanks!
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDashSorry @glinstrument, I wonder if you could provide more details about the issue here. It’s not clear if your issue is:
– Blocked access to the Plugins page in /wp-admin/
– Users are redirected from the login page to a courses page when they visit the login page
– Users are not able to log inCan you confirm what specifically is happening?
Did whoever looked at the issue disable individual modules in the Toolkit to isolate the behaviour?
Is the user that you attempted to log in with using an admin role? I ask because the User Verification component of the Front End Login module would block non-admins from logging in if not verified from the user edit page in /wp-admin/.
If this is related to a setting in the Front End Login module, try logging in with the Toolkit disabled, then reactivate it while logged in, then make the required changes.
Hi @karks88 , that’s great!
Let us know if we can help with anything else.
Hi @nikhil7008 , I wonder if we could get more information about what changed in the environment and what’s currently broken.
Do you see any errors when you try to create or edit recipes?
If you right-click the page, choose Inspect, then open the Console tab, do you see any errors?
It could be another plugin that’s trying to load their libraries on our pages. On a Staging site, if you disable all plugins except ours, do things then work? If so, try reactivating plugins and see what plugin(s) cause editing to break.
And if you’re comfortable, it may be helpful if you could send the system report under Automator > Tools in /wp-admin/ to [email protected] or as part of a new ticket on our website.
Thanks
Hi @gce7 ,
Sorry about the delay here.
For the first question, Automator unfortunately cannot run recipes against existing content, there has to be something at the post level that triggers it. So you could set up recipes where a change in status to the post publishes to Twitter, or maybe a category or tag is added, it just has to be something that a recipe could pick up.
As for the second question, we addressed that in the other thread and we would need to know the website URL to be able to take a closer look.
I’ll go ahead and close this ticket but we’ll leave the other one open pending feedback on the URL and our investigation there.
