In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] ERROR: Failed to create a login nonceHi @hettyvanderwal ,
We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue, but someone else logged something similar via our Help Desk and in their case they’re using the Premium version of WP2FA. Is there any chance you’re also using it?
We unfortunately only have access to and test against the free version. Our team has asked if you could perhaps share a system report from LearnDash LMS > Settings > Support, removing the URLs so there’s no private data.
Thanks

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] ERROR: Failed to create a login nonceHello @hettyvanderwal,
I’m sorry you are having issues with the Toolkit plugin.
This WP2FA issue may be related to the version you have installed on your site. Please confirm which WP2FA and Uncanny Toolkit versions are installed so we can attempt to recreate the issue.

Hi @simongh ,
This is a very alarming review. We don’t seem to see any tickets for you, either via our Help Desk or here on www.ads-software.com.
Was this definitely about Uncanny Automator? If so, can you tell us more about what happened so that we can investigate further? You cite a very wide range of different issues and we would certainly appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened here.
Thanks

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Change text on Group Management PageHi @nickamis ,
We did just want to note that this forum is for the Uncanny Toolkit plugin only. We’re happy to help with questions about our premium plugins on our website.
For this one, it would be great if you could send a screenshot to our Help Desk showing us which instance of the word “group” you’re having trouble translating. We’ll be able to point you in the right direction.
We’ll go ahead and mark this as closed since it’s not related to the Uncanny Toolkit.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Force Password on first loginHi @nickamis ,
We did just want to note that this forum is for the Uncanny Toolkit plugin only. We’re happy to help with questions about our premium plugins on our website.
Having said that, Uncanny Groups could not help with forcing users to change their passwords after first login; it might be better to use another plugin for this or send a link to a password reset page instead.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Hide quiz reults pageSorry @sharonmarks1234 , none of our plugins could help here. Keep in mind that LearnDash quizzes are entirely JS, so there is no normal page redirect here.
If the LearnDash quiz model doesn’t work for your journal approach, maybe it would be worth exploring a form-based option?

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Log in / Log out Links – change default URLHi @parms ,
In the settings for that module there is a field to choose the login page. Is that set correctly?
And to confirm, what’s happening is that users enter a username/password, then click the button to log in, and then they see a 404?
If that’s the case and they’re logged in, it sounds like the issue might be with a login redirect behaviour.
If I’m misunderstanding and this is before form submission, and you mean a login button somewhere to take the user to a login page, can you confirm what button you mean you’re using? Is it something from https://www.uncannyowl.com/knowledge-base/log-in-log-out-links/? If so, that tool looks for whatever WordPress recognizes as the login page.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Unable to display coursesHi @rasjebel ,
We did want to note first that this forum is only related to the Uncanny Toolkit plugin. For anything related to our premium plugins, we happy to help via our Help Desk and website.
For quiz reporting, please note that the singular “group” shortcode is a report in Tin Canny, while the plural one you mentioned is part of Uncanny Groups.
When you reach out with a support ticket, it would be good to confirm what courses are mapped to the selected course for #2 (individually enrolled courses wouldn’t work for group-based reporting) and for #3 it would help to confirm if you’re using the variation for the Group leader, and if so, if you are mapping it to the individual report.
We’ll tentatively mark this as closed since it’s not related to the Toolkit.
Thanks

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] WP2FA v2.6 integration errorHi @serhiiko911 ,
Yes, there were some big changes in the 2.6 release again that caused some compatibility issues. We released an update yesterday after your ticket that should address it. Let us know though if you’re still seeing an issue.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Sell 100% Coupon codes to companiesHi @samdenishin ,
Thanks for the inquiry!
I did want to confirm that this forum is for the Uncanny Toolkit, but we’re happy to help and you’re welcome to reach out on our site for additional questions about Uncanny Codes.
I will stress first that Uncanny Codes is not a coupon code plugin, as it has no way to “discount” ecommerce transactions. Instead, it tries to simplify things by avoiding them. If a user has a code to redeem, they enter it into a redemption or registration form–and get access to whatever the code is linked to. No checkout, no collection of billing data that isn’t relevant, etc.
Yes, Uncanny Codes does allow you to sell the codes via Woo purchase (or via other options using Uncanny Automator). Assuming you enable guest checkout, the yes, it is possible for someone to buy 20 access codes without creating an account. The worry there though is that the codes will just be sent by email–the user without an account would have no way to retrieve them from the site in future.
The subscription model you describe is harder. Uncanny Codes on its own cannot end access to whatever it’s linked to after X days. You can say “a code expires in 4 months”, but you can’t say, “remove a user from a course 4 months after code redemption”. For that workflow you would need Uncanny Automator as well, where you could set up an automation where a code redemption enrolls someone in a course, then waits 4 months, then unenrolls the user.
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Show Certificates Not workingHi @amein ,
Thanks for confirming. It sounds like the issue isn’t related to the plugin directly, but that with the builder and other plugins, your edit page is running out of memory. The easiest solution would be to try increasing available memory, as that would at least help you to confirm that it works if more memory is available.
Is that something you could test?

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Show Certificates Not workingHi @amein ,
We were able to test against Beaver Builder and everything works as expected in our test environment.
We noticed, however, that you have some plugins that could potentially conflict with what we’re doing. One is “Display Certificates”; it stood out because it sounds like it might have similar functions. We also wondered about the Ultimate Addons plugin.
Perhaps you could try with those disabled temporarily, perhaps in a Staging environment, and also check the site error log to see if anything is reported there. While initially this sounded like a front end issue with JS, it seems more likely that an error is happening on the PHP side and that it may be explained in the logs. (If disabling those 2 plugins temporarily didn’t help, maybe you could try disabling everything except Beaver Builder, LearnDash and our plugin temporarily to see if it is tied to Beaver Builder.)
Thanks!

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] vc_snc Shortcode not visible to guestsHi @vcpaige ,
We did just want to confirm that this forum is only for the Toolkit plugin. We’re happy to help with questions related to other plugins on our website.
Having said that, please note that you must disable content protection in Tin Canny if you want assets to be visible to anonymous users.
Hi @shane_o ,
Apologies for the delay.
It’s sounds like this is working now, but I did want to note that LearnDash isn’t fully compatible with PHP 8.2.x yet. You should be fine, but there might be some notices; 8.1.x is generally safer.
We’re not sure why it wouldn’t work for you as expected with PHP 7.4; we haven’t had similar reports. Having said that, if you are also using autocomplete modules from Toolkit Pro with lesson or topic overrides (e.g. autocomplete disabled globally but enabled on some specific lessons or topics), that may be related.
If I’m wrong and misunderstanding the edit, reopening the ticket is fine.
