Hi @big-frank ,
Okay, those are the latest versions, but I wondered if somehow any files could be cached. Maybe you could try briefly deactivating and reactivating both plugins?
We would really like to see the system report from LearnDash LMS > Settings > Support, but it would include information about your site. If at all possible, perhaps you could send it to support @ uncannyowl.com and reference this ticket so we could review the additional details.
Hi @big-frank , we saw this error from a few sites when LearnDash first released 4.5, as they changed how something was loaded, but they released a fix right after that. Are you able to confirm the specific versions you’re running of the Toolkit plugin and LearnDash itself? You shouldn’t see this with the latest versions.
Thanks
Thanks for reaching out.
We did want to confirm that the Toolkit plugin (associated with this support forum) doesn’t have any reporting tools that would be related. It sounds like this is related to one of our other plugins, and if so, we’re happy to help you with more feedback from the Help Desk on our website.
We’ll close this for now since it doesn’t seem to be related to the Toolkit, and when you do follow up from your account on our site it would be great if you could confirm the plugin and report you mean. In general, Uncanny Groups optionally supports hierarchies in reporting, Tin Canny doesn’t (mostly for performance reasons).

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] License for Expiration GroupsHi @atsites45 , sorry about the delay here.
Your screenshot is for Toolkit Pro, but it would not help with group sales. Uncanny Groups (https://www.uncannyowl.com/downloads/uncanny-learndash-groups/) is our only plugin with any type of group sales support.
Toolkit Pro does have a module for group expiration, which might also be related. Uncanny Groups does not offer this feature, but if you sell groups on a subscription basis, you could use subscription termination after a year to remove access.
We’re happy to help with more questions about group sales and management, but since it wouldn’t be related to the Toolkit maybe we could help via our website instead.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Redirect After Quiz CompletionHi @askwpgirl , I’m so sorry about the delay here.
I’m afraid the other tickets you mention probably aren’t related, and what you describe (i.e. the missing Continue button) is not something we have seen–at least as a bug. I do want to confirm that Pro will not help, as this isn’t a known issue and the module you reference doesn’t affect button behaviour. (What it does is move up completion of a lesson/topic associated with a quiz to quiz submission instead of later when the user clicks the Continue button. It does not affect button visibility, because users still expect and depend on that button for navigation.)
I wonder if perhaps your quiz is configured with a high passing score and perhaps it isn’t getting passed. Have you tried with a simple 1-question quiz with a passing score of 0 and default quiz settings, linked to a single lesson in a course? In that scenario, do you then see the button?
And just to rule it out, since you posted in the Toolkit support form, is the button only missing when the Toolkit plugin is active? Does it seem like one of our modules is hiding it?
Thanks @josh-virkler ! We really appreciate the review.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Problem to reset password, js errorSorry @conradoflamini , that does make it harder to trace. It could be a must-use plugin, an htaccess or other rule, or something related to your environment configuration. We haven’t had similar reports and can’t reproduce it ourselves, so at this point it might make more sense to take a look at a system report from LearnDash and possibly site access. Since that might include sensitive information, we wondered if you could potentially open a ticket (using any form on our website) instead. That would allow us to dig deeper.
Since it has been 3 weeks since the last update, we’ll go ahead and close this thread.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Problem to reset password, js errorHi @conradoflamini ,
It does seem like it might be a conflict. If there’s any chance you can test this on a Staging site, it would really help if you could:
- Disable all plugins except the Toolkit to see if this still happens. If it does, try reactivating plugins to see if you can trace when it starts failing.
- Try downgrading your Toolkit version (old copies are available from the bottom of https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/uncanny-learndash-toolkit/advanced/) to match the version you were using previously to see if the behaviour is different for you with our latest release vs. the previous one.
Let us know how you make out with the above.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Problem to reset password, js errorInstead of receiving a JSON object that confirms the success of the action, the request is being redirected to?/campus/patricia2023/?checkemail=confirm, causing the call to return HTML. As a result, the Frontend Login module can’t understand the data and returns the error “Something went wrong. Please try again.”.
Are you using any plugins or settings that could be causing the redirect?
If it rings a bell, the base URL of your site is /campus/, your login page is /campus/mis-entrenamientos-virtual/ but the reset password redirects to /campus/patricia2023/?checkemail=confirmI also noticed the reset password functionality on your site always displays a success message upon submission, even when the provided username or email does not match any existing user. This suggests that a security plugin may be intercepting the request. To verify whether this is causing the redirect, we recommend temporarily disabling the security plugin on your staging site and attempting to reset the password again. If this resolves the issue, would you mind telling us what security plugin you’re using and the settings?

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Custom form field reportingHi @offpeakdesign ,
We’ll follow up on the ticket you logged on our site. It’s easier to provide more detail there and this forum is just related to the Toolkit (instead of Tin Canny).
Hi @gypsyjungle , just to confirm, you’re saying that with ONLY the Toolkit and LearnDash active, and with a default theme, you cannot update a course post type. Is this correct? Can you check your PHP error and debug log to see if any errors are logged there?
The system report would still help as well.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Redirection after quiz completionSince it has been over a month since the last update, we’ll go ahead and mark this one as closed. Let us know though if you still need assistance.
Hi @gypsyjungle , it would be great to see your system report as well; maybe you could send that over. Your earlier message also mentioned not being able to edit certain post types; can you confirm (perhaps on a Staging site) that the issue ONLY happens when LearnDash and the Toolkit are active and all other plugins are temporarily disabled?
